Luxury Drinks

Maison Bruno Paillard arose from its founder’s desire to create a champagne unlike any other; extremely pure.

For Bruno Paillard an excellent champagne consists above all in an “assemblage”. A harmonious blend of various “crus”, grape varieties and “vintages”. It is the constant desire to capture the excellence of finesse and elegance that champagne can bring when served with love and care.

The Bruno Paillard style is a wedding of elegance and complexity that manifests itself with a light and soft effervescence, a remarkable purity, a true freshness and a silky texture.

Première Cuvée Brut

A champagne of gold straw pain revealing a high presence of chardonnay and the exclusive use of the first crush.

The fine bubbles come from a rigorous selection of the best grapes where the temperature is perfectly controlled in the cellar and their aging very long. On the palate is a lively wine, thanks to a low dosage where the aromas of the nose echo in the mouth.

The initial aromas of currant and red fruits evolve to ginja, wild strawberry, and violet while breathing in the glass. A touch of lemon denotes chardonnay’s discreet presence. Com a idade, os aromas tendem para frutas escuras como cereja escura, figueira e amora.

On the palate reveals red fruits captured in their total freshness. The finish is glossy and long.

Blanc des Blancs Grand Cru

Champagne of very pale and bright tone with green tones. The effervescence is clearer than in the other Champagnes, thanks to the softer fermentation, in the bottle.
The first citrus silo aromas – lemon and grapefruit -followed by white flowers.

When opening in the glass, a touch of almond and toast appears.

On the palate the beginning is lively, leading to a complex combination of citrus and white flowers. The effervescence is extremely thin, soft, and creamy. The finish is fresh and long.
