Luxury Drinks

Maison BRUNO PAILLARD arose from the desire of its founder to create a champagne unlike any other: an extremely pure cuvée.

For Bruno Paillard an excellent champagne consists above all in an “assemblage” – a harmonious mixture of various “raw”, grape varieties and “vintages”. A constant desire to capture the excellence of finesse and elegance that champagne can bring when served with love and care.

Its style is a wedding of elegance and complexity, manifested with a light and soft effervescence. Of remarkable purity and true freshness, with a silky texture.

Première Cuvée Extra-Brut

A champagne of gold straw pain revealing a high presence of chardonnay and the exclusive use of the first crush.

The fine bubbles come from a rigorous selection of the best grapes where the temperature is perfectly controlled in the cellar and their aging very long.

On the palate is a lively wine, thanks to a low dosage where the aromas of the nose echo in the mouth.

Blanc des Blancs Grand Cru

The first aromas are citrus – lemon and grapefruit – followed by white flowers. When opening in the glass, a touch of almond and toast appears.

On the palate is animated, leading to a complex combination of citrus and white flowers. Of very fine, sofour and creamy effervescence, with a fresh and long finish.

Première Cuvée Rosé

A pink copper-colored cuvée with a touch of raspberry as a young man, evolving into salmon as he ages.

The initial aromas of currant and red fruits evolve to ginja, wild strawberry, and violet while breathing in the glass. A touch of lemon denotes chardonnay’s discreet presence.

With age, the aromas tend to dark fruits such as cherry, fig tree and blackberry. Brilliant and long finish.
