Luxury Drinks

Since 1350, the Bichot family has called Burgundy their home. But it was in 1831 that Bernard Bichot founded a market house named after him in Monthélie, a few kilometres south of Beaune.

At the end of the 19th century, grandson Albert Bichot took the family business to a new direction and created the Maison Albert Bichot winery. Since 1996, Albéric Bichot represents the 6th generation that manages the winery.

The mission of the winery is to use the best grapes possible, to create the best wine and that best represent their terroir. In the constant quest to fulfill this mission, Albert Bichot acquired 250 acres of vineyards in the most reputable cultivation areas of Burgundy.

It has 6 Domaines situated in the heart of 5 major wine regions that make up Burgundy: Chablis, Cote de Nuits, Côte de Beaune, Côte Chalonnaise and Beaujolais.

One of the denominations that make up the prestigious “Côte des Blancs”, which produces great white wines. Common beautiful floral bouquet on the nose and aromas of hot croissant or brioche and candied lemon. Over time, the nose develops nuances of spices and toasted hazelnuts.

Round but elegant in the mouth, this Chassagne-Montrachet is meaty and well balanced. Long at the end with ginger and floral notes.
